What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard and premium white-glove delivery services. In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days, while custom orders may take 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes full assembly and placement of your furniture in your room of choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Does your furniture come with a warranty?
All furniture items come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage at an additional cost.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
Absolutely. We can mail up to five fabric swatches or wood finish samples free of charge to help you make the perfect choice for your home's aesthetic.
